*Presents C Of O to Chief Of Air Staff

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has said that he will continue to invest in more enablers for security forces, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for our people.
The governor stated this in line with his administration’s commitment to enhancing the welfare of the security forces and boosting their morale.
He presented Certificates of Occupancy (C Of O) to the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Hassan Bala Abubakar, for the two parcels of land which were applied for, and duly allocated to the Nigeria Air Force (NAF) in Kaduna State.
Governor Sani at the brief ceremony, congratulated Air Marshal Abubakar on his remarkable achievements since assumption of office and acknowledged the contributions of the Nigerian Air Force in the ongoing operations in Kaduna State especially the Air Component of Operation Whirl Punch.
“While expressing gratitude for the upgrading of the 271 Detachment in Birnin Gwari to what is now known as 4135 Wing.
“I appeal for the establishment of a Unit or Wing in the Millennium City general area where we allocated lands to the NAF.
“I reiterat our administration’s unwavering commitment to the safety and security of Kaduna State.
“We will continue to invest in more enablers for security forces, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for our people,” he said.
In his remarks, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Hassan Bala Abubakar, expressed gratitude for the approval of the land and the distribution of operational vehicles to security agencies in the state.
The gestures, he said, underscores shared commitment to the peace and progress of Kaduna State.
He also gave approval for the establishment of a NAF Wing in the Millennium City general area which will stimulate rapid development and enhance safety of citizens.
