The Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has felicitated with the Muslims on the auspicious occasion of the EID-el-Kabir, urging them to maximize the period and pray for peace, love and unity in the country.
In his message, Governor Nwifuru appreciated the Muslims for their love, tolerance and belief in the Nigerian project.
“As we celebrate the auspicious occasion of Sallah, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to all Muslims in our great state.
“May this special day bring joy, peace, and prosperity to your families and loved ones. May the spirit of forgiveness, compassion, and generosity that defines this occasion guide us all in our daily lives”.
The governor reaffirmed his commitment to promoting unity, understanding, and harmony among all citizens, regardless of faith or background.
“Let us come together to build a society that values tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence.
“Wishing you all a blessed and joyous Sallah celebration”. He said.
