Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje’s educational support would continue to boost his free and compulsory education programme across Kano Emirate.
This was expressed by the councilor representing Gargari Ward in Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area, Honourable Abdullahi Yahaya Dungurawa in a chat with our correspondent, adding that Ganduje is making excellent effort towards the development of education in Kano State.
He maintained that, ” it is clear that our governor is doing well in the area of education at both levels, therefore, we are certain that his free education programme is getting more boost, while all the relevant stakeholders in education sector remain committed to the successful implementation of the free education policy,” he added.
Honourable Abdullahi Yahaya Dungurawa said that from what is going on in the area of education, Kano is one of the best states that is making good impact in transforming the sector from the grassroots level like what is being seen at present.
Honourable Dunguruwa commended the governor and his government for introducing free and compulsory education in Kano State, which he said, would continue to make the state greater.
