Foundation Donates Foodstuff To 78 Orphans In Danmusa LGA

Orphans Charity Foundation Danmusa has donated food items to seventy eight orphans in the local government area of Katsina state. 

 Chairman of the foundation, Malam Mai-unguwa Ibrahim Baballe stated this while flagging off the distribution of the items at the house of late Danmusa District head.

 According to the chairman, the palliatives package was provided to the orphans to ease Ramadan fast among beneficiaries.

Malam Mai-unguwa Ibrahim Baballe explained that the beneficiaries were drawn from fifteen households made up of thirty eight male and fourty eight female that benefit the gesture.

In a welcome address, the Secretary of the foundation, Malam Hamza Tukur Danmusa explained that it was established since 2020 with the mission to assist orphans in the area of education, shelter and feeding to improve their wellbeing.

Malam Hamza Tukur Danmusa further said the association conducts its activities through members dues and  contributions from some public spirited individuals.

He commended the contributions of Mamman Abubakar Danmusa, district head of Danmusa and grand patrons of the foundation which enabled it to achieve the targeted goals.

Also speaking, the Vice Chairman of the foundation, Mai-unguwa Alhaji Lawal Dantiye used the occasion to advise the people to intensify prayers in this holy month of Ramadan for Almighty God’s intervention on the current security challenges facing the state and the country at large.

He called on the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the gesture, to achieve desired objectives.

Some of the beneficiaries interviewed, expressed  appreciation for the gesture and assured judicious utilization.
