Comrade Oladitan made this remark during a familiarization  visit to a leading legal luminary in Osun State,  Barr. Nathaniel Oke SAN at his residence in Akinlalu, Ife North Local Government of Osun State
According to him, bad leadership style which is put on like a masquerade garment by our leaders, has been the major problems of African nations and Nigeria in particular.
Barrister Nathaniel while welcoming the team and appreciating the visitation, stress that, one of his highest priorities is to consult and partner closely with dedicated and capable organizations working on youth empowerments, developments, human rights, leadership and democracy.
With the vision , mission and objectives of ILF which centered on good governance and leadership development in Nigeria, most especially in my home state as understood, he said. it will be very good if all well meaningful Nigerians can make every effort to protect the work of organization like this against efforts of some capitalists and oppressors to constrain, harass, intimidate and or silence its vision.
