FG Has Injected N100bn On Empowering Katsina Citizens – Masari

  Federal Government has injected about one hundred billion Naira on various empowerment packages in Katsina state from year  twenty fifteen to date.
           

Governor Aminu Bello Masari stated this when the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman paid him the traditional Hawan bariki at old Government house in Katsina Metropolis.
    

Governor Bello Masari said such interventions had greatly improved on the lives of Katsina state people in different ways.
   

Governor Masari spoke at length on several efforts being made by the three tiers of government within the last six to seven years to improve on quality of life of people.
      

Governor Aminu Bello Masari pointed out that disregard to education led to the bread of current societal problems such as insecurity, banditry, the Kauraye phenomenon among others.
           

 He therefore, stressed the need for parents to be alive of their responsibilities in instilling good morals among their wards.
    

He maintained that as Chief Executive, he remains grateful to people of the state especially those holding positions for their dexterity, zeal and determination to achieve the desired successes.
     

 On  2023 general elections, Governor Aminu Bello Masari urged electorate to vote for credible persons who have the keen desire to move the state forward.
           

 Speaking earlier, Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman identified hypocrisy and selfishness  among  contributing factors to the societal problems.
 Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman emphasized  the need for wealthy Muslims to give out Zakkat when due.
