Abia Valiants set the pace as they got a well deserved 24-20 victory over Police Machines while Suleja Shooters and Benue Queens played out an interesting 27-27 draw to the delight of the fans.
The last match of the day saw Sokoto Rima withstanding Delta Force to earn a rewarding 25-24 win.
