The acting Governor of Kaduna State on Tuesday,   admonished parents to enroll their wards into education, adding that, it is the only legacy they can give to their children.

Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe expressed this when she received the audience of the APC Ciki da Waje, a grassroots political mobilization group, which came to Government House on a courtesy visit in Kaduna.

She said the state is committed to ensuring that every child has access to education,  noting that  education is free and compulsory for 12 years for both male and female children.

The acting governor said, if you’re able to finish your secondary school, and you have reached the age of 17,  you have advanced towards  adults age.

“The state is committed to educating the vulnerable children to attain higher level, so that they can compete in and outside of the state,” she said.

On health issues, she explained that the state is proud to say that in all primary health centres, there is a form that will help citizens to have access to healthcare.

Commenting on the  2023 general elections, she was of the view that it would be impossible to rig.

“Gone are the days where you vote multiple times in one  polling unit or the other,  hence, the modern technology has captured one person to vote  once.

“However, you are to mobilise the people at the grassroots  to come out and vote for their eligible candidates,” she said.

In a remark, the leader of the delegation, Musa Bawa said they were at the government house to visit the acting hovernor under a grassroots political mobilization group in the state

He noted the progress Kaduna State has experienced in every sector under the APC administration.

Bawa,  assured the acting governor of their readiness and commitment to work for the success of the party in the forthcoming general elections in the state.
