Edo Community decries lack of infrastructural development

The Odiowere of Evboehighae community in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State has said that they lack police station and other infrastructural development.
The Odionwere, Chief Wilfred Aghauwa revealed to our Correspondent in his palace that he was very worried about the situation of the community, noting that the community had provided a parcel of land to the Nigeria Police Force to build a station but that nothing is done on the land.
He disclosed that the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) electricity project in the area has since been abandoned.
He appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to urgently intervene.
Also speaking, the community Secretary, Mr. Lucky Ogieva complained that the community is well known as agricultural producing community but lamented that the community was lacking good market buildings, water project, electricity, etc.
He called on the state and federal government to take necessary action to create a good environment for the betterment of the people of Evboehighae community.
