Traditional ruler of Eyaen community in Uhunwode local government area of Edo State, HRH Osazuwa Aiwerioghene Iduriase has predicted victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC), governorship candidate, Mr. Godwin Obaseki in the September 28 election in Edo State.
The monarch made the prediction when Obaseki and his campaign team led by the Director of Campaign, Mr. Osarodion Ogie paid a visit to the palace for Royal blessings.
He commended Governor Adams Oshiomhole for his achievements in the state and assured Obaseki that, “If you look at the history of my people here, you will know the kind of people we are. As you how come here, we will tell our people about your ambition.
“Oshiomhole has tried by developing the state and
that has earned him respect. I will have to thank you also for the way you have conducted yourself in this campaign and I know that in the election, you are going to emerge victoriously”, the traditional ruler stated.
Earlier, the APC gubernatorial candidate told his host that he and members of his entourage were in his palace to seek his support and royal prayer to enable him win the election.
