After 85 minutes of goals drought three late goals from both teams brought the second edition of the Engineer Musa Nimrod Community Peace and Unity Soccer Competition to a dramatic end on Sunday at the Kaduna Township Stadium.

Arewa Football Academy who emerged winners, scored the opening goal of the match courtesy of  Victor Joseph in the 85th minute of the match.
A minute later, Abba Tijani increased the tally to two after a faulty pass from runner-up, Akausa Babes.
A goal scored by Abdulrahman Sanusi in the last minute of the added time after 90 minutes of play elapsed, could not bring his team Alausa Babes back to contention as the centre referee blew the final whistle shortly after.
The first half witnessed a barren draw in spite of brilliant attempts from both teams.
The runners-up hit the back of the net twice, but the centre referee ruled both attempts as off side, taking advice of the assistant referee, whose flag was up.
