“My appeal to the 130 delegates of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), that have been saddled with the opportunity to make this selection from the lot of who are in this game, the best that will champion the cause of history of Ndokwa East political destiny, at least for the minimum of four years, viz a viz eight years when people are given the opportunity to serve for consolidation.

“Look not at little side distractions that tend to dominate our political landscape that will not be of any substance to our future as people of Ndokwa East, to see first our local government, before personal aggrandisement.”

“I assure you that God has given me the resources and enablement  to represent you better and whatever is due to you will get to you as at when due. I appeal to you to vote me as the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to stand in for the general election in 2023.”

Engr Ugbomah who is known for his survival instincts in the promotion of business, community and youth development through the grace of God, assured the people of using his experiences to bring smile to the people of the area if given the opportunity to serve them to ensure that the basic needs of the area, such as roads, exploitation of the massive natural resources of the area for the good of all will be pursued, with continuous harmonious living of both the leaders and youths for massive infrastructure development.

“My experience so far as a survival by the grace of God who has led me this far, will help me to represent your interests.

“Yes, Ndokwa East needs roads, Engr Philips can do the work. Ndokwa East is to engage between the leaders and the youth, to chart a course for massive infrastructural development, Engr Philips will be an interface. Our rural schools that the government spends millions to construct and renovate, and teachers cannot dwell within, we must get access to our communities before others who are employed to work could come.”

He stated that he is in the race to bring development to the area, through better representation and not to flex muscles with the leaders of the area, as his main agenda is  for the development of the large natural resources bestowed on Ndokwa East.
