A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle on Wednesday, described the death of the party Chairman in the state, Chief Isaac Omodewu as a significant loss not only to the APC but to the entire state.
Alhaji Ibikunle said this in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Ibadan.
The APC Chieftain in the statement expressed profound sorrow over the untimely demise of the Oyo State APC Chairman, Chief Omodewu
“Chief Omodewu was a pillar of strength and a beacon of hope for our party. His leadership and unwavering commitment to the progress of the APC in Oyo State will forever remain in our hearts”, he said.
Alhaji Ibikunle added, “We must carry on his legacy by ensuring that our party remains strong and focused on delivering good governance to the people of Oyo State,” he said.
Extending his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Oyo state APC Chairman, the APC Chieftain prayed that God grants the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, APC family and the good people of Oyo State. May you all find solace in the legacy of service and commitment left behind by Chief Isaac Omodewu.
“May the Almighty grant his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss, and may his soul rest in perfect peace,”
