The Chairman of Danmusa Local Government Council Chairman of Katsina State, Alhaji Sanusi Dangi Abbas has called on Departmental Supervisory Councilors in the LGA to discharge their duties diligently.
Alhaji Dangi Abbas made the call during the presentation of their departmental projects in his office.
He advised the Supervisory Councilors to cooperate with the various directors of their departments for the development of the LGA.
The council chairman also advised them to work hand in hand with the elected councilors of their wards and other exco of their party.
Also speaking during the occasion, the council’s leader, Alhaji Hayatu Dantakuri called on them to fear God when discharging their responsibilities.
In a remark, the Magajin Malam and District Head of Danmusa, Alhaji Darda’u Mu’azu Danmusa requested the entire people of the local government area to continue praying for peace in the area, the state and the country at large.
Those appointed as Supervisory Councilors and their portfolios include, Aminu Muhammad Tukur Works Department, Sama’ila Aliyu Education and Social Development, Kabir Lawal Water and Sanitation and Aminu Isma’il Agricultural Department.
Others are Lukman Kabir Falale Health Department, Kabir Bala Special Adviser Youth, Hajiya Sakina Kamala Special Adviser Women Affairs and Rukayya Aminu Special Adviser Special Duties.
