Comptroller James Introduces Scheduled Recreation Exercise To Boost NIS Officers’ Fitness In Bayelsa

As part of efforts to boost the morale of officers and make them fit, the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Bayelsa State Command, Sunday James

has introduced a scheduled keep fit exercise for officers and men of the command.
Scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, the exercise is part of efforts to also keep their souls and bodies fit and relaxed for effective service delivery.
This, according to the command would also enhance sound judgement and level professional standard worthy of an internationally acclaimed service.
In a statement by its public relations officer made available to journalists on Wednesday, the command stressed that the exercise will go a long way to keep the officers fit and smart both in uniform and at work, akin to International best practice and expectation.
” The Nigeria Immigration Service Bayelsa State Command Comptroller James Sunday pcc,has yet set a standard for fitness for the Officers and Men of the Command in an effort to keep the soul and body fit and relaxed for effective service delivery,sound judgement and high level professional standard worthy of an internationally acclaimed service the NIS, 
There is a saying that you are address the way you dress,for this  wise saying keeping well fitted officers who appears smartly dressed is key to every organisation with a high standard both in operation and human relations.
Ours is a service that relates with both the locals and International communities in the delivery of our mandates and statutory assignments. 
This exercise schedule for Tuesday and Thursday every week will go a long way to keep the officers fit and smart both in uniform and at work, akin to International best practice and expectation.
The Officers and Men of the Bayelsa State Command appreciates the Acting Comptroller General Isa Jere Idris for the choice of the Comptroller, that has tuned and boosted the officers morale for Maximum performance”, the statement reads.
