Speaking at the inaugural meeting in Kaduna on Tuesday, June 14,  COGEN’s Head of Programme, Mr Courage Gala, encouraged the Civil Society Organizations, (CSOs’) members of the NWGE in the state to work as a team going forward in advocating for rights and privileges of women in their communities.

Sisters for Peace Ambassador;  Women and Children Rights and Empowerment Foundation; Hope for Communities and Children Initiative; and Woman with Disability Self Reliance Foundation

Gala urged the newly inaugurated NWGE to endeavor to share useful information and documentaries that would aid in working for the social impact in the communities.

The ED further stated that NWGE,’s strategy would focused on advocacy and dialogue with all stakeholders by amplifying the benefits that lies in wait for society and the state if the rights of women can be obtained, ensured and sustained.
