CLEDA Africa commends KDSG over free school feeding

The Centre For Learning and Educational Development Advocacy Africa (CLEDA) has described the school feeding introduced by the Kaduna State Government as a welcome development and worthy emulation by other states.
 
The Chief Executive Officer of Centre Mr. Akpan Daniel who made the commendation in an interview with New Nigerian in Zaria, said the introduction of the feeding has helped in getting more enrollment into schools.
He said the steps taken by the Kaduna State Government on education will improve the educational understanding of the school children.
Mr. Akpan called on the state government to make sure the education is highly qualitative that can be a source of technological advancement of our great society.
 
On the memorandum of understand his centre and Pampaida Millennium Development in Ikara Local Government for training of the people on how to learn skills for their lively up keeping, Akpan said the areas include, soap making, paint, school chalk for all the communities around to benefits from what the trained youths has produced.
