Church donates furnished classrooms to Kaduna School

Bishop of International Praise Cathedral, Fred Addo of outreach ministry known as Fred Addo Missions Outreach has built and donated a block of well furnished 3 classrooms, an office and a library to the Bugai primary school in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Bishop Addo while handing over the building to the government of Kaduna State said, the donation was part of the church commitment and corporate social responsibility to touching lives in any positive way possible.
While calling on well meaning individuals in the society to see how they can contribute to development, he stressed that as an individual, you need not be rich to show kindness, adding that God will always help you to help those He wants to help.
He reiterated that the government alone cannot do everything, emphasising that so far, Kaduna State under the leadership of Malam Nasir El-Rufai is doing well and urged all and sundry to support him.
“Let me say this categorically, that Christians don’t hate the governor because he is the governor for all and we are praying for him to succeed, because he is a man with vision to indeed make Kaduna Great Again.”
The building which he disclosed was built within six weeks cost the church a little above Five Millio naira to complete and furnish.
“It is our modest way of contributing to the good work the government is doing in the education sector. I wish to also call on relevant stakeholders to trickle down development to the ordinary people and the remotest villages.” He pleaded.
On his part and speaking shortly after commissioning the block of classrooms, the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Andrew Nok commended the Fred Addo Missions Outreach for its magnanimity and prayed God to bless the church.
Represented by a Deputy Director social mobilization and development, Malam Kabir Lawal, the Commissioner said, the effort of the Bishop and church in pushing education forward in the state is quite commendable.
In their separate speeches, the Interim Management Committee (IMC) Chairperson of Chikun local government Hajiya Hadiza Yahuza and the Education Secretary of the local government Mrs Esther Ayuba Anthony commended the church for their gesture, adding that a conducive atmosphere guarantees good and quick learning.
The Sarkin Bugai, Malam Auta Katiye also extended the gratitude of the entire village  ‎to the Bishop and the church for finding them worthy to be assisted with the beffiting block of classrooms.
He also prayed God to continue to bless the church and called on well meaning individuals in the society to emulate the good gesture of the Fred Addo Missions Outreach.
The block of 3 class rooms, office and library were furnished with chairs, tables and writing desk for pupils.
The pupils of the Bugai 1 primary school who could not hide their joy, in their presentation at the commissioning ‎applauded the effort of the outreach ministry of the International Praise Cathedral.
