Buhari’s anti corruption war yielding positive result – Ajimobi

Governor Abiola Ajimobi on Monday said the anti corruption fight of President Muhammadu Buhari is presently yielding positive result.
The governor stated this at the inauguration of the ‎constituency projects, distribution of empowerment tools, donation of cash rewards by Hon Abiodun Awoleye and the decamping of some politicians into the APC held at Housing Estate Field Bodija, Ibadan.
Speaking through his Deputy, Otunba Moses Adeyemo, the governor urged every Nigerian to rise and support on going anti corruption crusade by the President Buhari led administration for the country to move forward.
Governor Ajimobi however blamed the short fall in international market of crude oil for the cash crunch facing the country presently, saying Nigerian economy will rise again despite the terrible condition at the moment.
“In 2003, the price of crude oil in international market was $125 dollars per barrel but ‎now it is below $50 dollars per barrel. I can assure you that this country will rise again despite the problems we are facing now,” he said.
On the prolonged strike in Oyo State, the governor urged the striking workers in the state to resume work and embrace dialogue with government.
