The Senate has confirmed receiving the list of 47 new Ambassadors from President Muhammadu Buhari for confirmation.
The President of the Senate, Abubakar Bukola Saraki announced this during the sitting of the upper legislative chamber on Tuesday through a letter from President Buhari containing the list.
Though the names were not made public, Nigeria currently has no ambassadors to the following countries; France, UK, USA, Germany, China among others.
