The acting Executive Chairman, Benue Internal Revenue Service (BIRS), Mr. Emmanuel Agema has pledged to positively change narratives in revenue generation and tax administration in the State.
He stated this in Makurdi while playing host to Mbangur in his office, while equally applauding Governor Alia, over his unwavering commitment and zeal to develop Benue State.
A statement by the Media Assistant to the Executive Chairman BIRS, Jacinta Bernard, quoted her boss as further assuring that he will continue to do his best in the area of revenue generation and tax administration.
According to the statement, the Benue State Revenue service boss said, “I remain steadfast, proactive and employ strategies necessary for faster development of the state’.
He Implored Mbangur Women to rejoice and celebrate as Benue citizens because the leadership style of the governor has brought good dividends of democracy to the people of the State.
Earlier, the Mbangur women lauded Mr. Emmanuel Agema, over his wonderful and transformative work at the Service and prayed to God to grant Governor Alia more wisdom to enable him achieve greater things.
