Shortly after he cast his vote at St. Stephen’s School, Adeniji Adele Road on Lagos Island, the Lagod State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu urged the electorate to be vigilant.

He said that a peaceful situation would definitely produce good results as he asked Lagosians to be peaceful.
” We do not want fight anywhere. Vote and secure your votes,” he said.
Meanwhile, the turnout at the unit was high, unlike in some areas where there was apathy.
Earlier, the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu voted at his Ikeja ward where he appealed to the voters to conduct themselves peacefully.
