The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kaduna State Chapter, has condoled the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan, Kaduna Province, the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria, the Catholic Lay Faithfuls, the Southern Kaduna Peoples and Nigeria in general, over the demise of the Most Rev. (Dr) Joseph Danlami Bagobiri, Catholic Bishop of Kafanchan Diocese,who slept in the Lord on Tuesday, 27th February, 2018.
The party expressed this in a statement signed by its State Publicity Secretary, PDP, Kaduna State, Abraham Alberah Catoh.
“Your strength of character speaks volume, no wonder you were a role model to many -a- priest and the Younger generation.
“You were a champion of the rights of the ordinary people through out your period as Bishop. You identified with justice, fairness and equity.
“You were also an apologist of good governance at all times and at all levels,” PDP said.
The party prayed that the soul of the Faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
