An aspirant to the Bayelsa State House of Assembly in the forth coming
general elections, Hon. George Sinclair has reacted angrily to the
critical comment made against Governor Seriake Dickson’s frequent
travels by Chief Perekeme Kpodoh.
The aspirant noted that Bayelsa State tourism sector can only develop
by attracting foreign investors in to the state as there are no
willing investors in the country who can develop the tourism sector in
the state because the country is just coming out of recession.
He further commended the state governor for the prudent management of
the state resources in the face of the dwindling federal allocation.
Finally, the aspirant warned Chief Kpodoh and his fellow travellers to
stay clear from Bayelsa State with their unconstructive criticism of
the state government.
