Kaduna State Coordinator of Agro Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) project, Dr. Yahaya Aminu has expressed confidence that beneficiaries of the project will make good use of the farm inputs given to them.
He stated this at Wucicciri Cluster in Zaria Local Government Area, shortly after presenting farm inputs to benefiting farmers.
Represented by Muawiyya Nuhu Lemu, he said the Wucicciri Cluster has three
groups. He said, the items presented are five cattle, three female and two male for diary production, along with food thresher and milking machine and medicine.
"The benefiting farmer groups at Wucicciri Cluster are Kautal Haure,Sabbi Gesa Daddo Cluster and Synergy Enterprises Farm," he said
In his remarks, Alhaji Isa Ibrahim said that truly farmers will improve their production capacity from the support they receive from APPEALS projects.
He assured that the items given to them will be used judiciously and the farmers will benefit from the intervention.
