APC Congress Appeal Committee Receives Zero Petition In Jigawa

The three days sessions of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Congress appeal committee sitting in Dutse has rounded up without receiving a single petition from members or  complaints, the Chairman, Abdullahi Abubakar has stated.
Speaking while fielding questions from newsmen in Dutse, the chairman said the committee was in the state to receive any complaint from the party members with regard to the just concluded local government congresses in the to ensure amicable ratification based on social justice amongst all and sundry.
He  explained that the committee was established in accordance with the party’s constitutional provision in promoting unity, progress, justice and fairness amongst APC faithful and the party.
According to him, “it was based on this  we invited all those involved, discussed, and arrived at a common destiny in line with our philosophy that in APC we are one family under one umbrella,” he remarked.
Abubakar expressed satisfaction on the state leadership of APC in Jigawa  in fostering common unity and  dedication, stressing that, “with what we witnessed and heard, really Jigawa State is united and the members have mutual respect for their leaders.
“As we entered third day in Jigawa State, there was no single individual or group of people how approached us with written or verbal complaint with regards to the concluded local government congresses of our great party.
“This symbolizes that the party’s leader in the state, Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar is carrying everyone along, a situation which proves the sustainability of internal democracy to take its cause in the party”
Alhaji Abubakar than commended all the APC members in the state for the way and manner they conducted themselves which led to the overwhelming success of the congress in the state.
Also speaking at the party’s Headquarters, the state’s Deputy Governor, Malam Umar Namadi said during the 2019 general elections, no single petition was received by any  tribunal in the state because the people of Jigawa  believe in true democracy.
” I am optimistic that  the local government congresses appeals committee will close its sitting in the state without receiving any petition as every good party member in the state is satisfied with the conduct of the congress,” the deputy governor declared.
