Alleged ABU Zaria Staff kidnap: Case adjourns again

More witnesses have continued to testify at the ongoing case between Commissioner of Police and Miss Joy Enobong Akpan and Iyene also of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria for giving fake information and defamation of character before Chief Magistrate Court sitting at Chediya G.R.A., Zaria.
Rev. J. F. Buka as principal witness II informed the Court how he was invited by the security office of Ahmadu Bello University and Area Command of the Nigerian Police, Zaria where he was asked to write his statement of what he knows on the alleged kidnapping Miss Joy Enobong Akpan’s daughter which he did and at the end the police declared him free of the allegation.
Also the PW3 Muhammad Yunusa gave the same statement as PW2, the defence counsel, Barrister Aminu Adamu cross examined their testimonies, both the senior state counsel and the defense counsel agreed for the adjournment of the case.
The Chief Magistrate Auwal Musa adjourned the case to 22nd November, 2016 for the continuation of hearing.
