Zamfara Law School Students Forum Laud Gov Dauda Lawal Over Financial Support

The Zamfara State Law School Indigene Student’s Forum 2023/2024 chapter has commended the state government over its financial support to the Indigene Law School Students in the state.

This was contained in statement signed by the forums’ Chairman, Comrade Mubashir Umar issued in Gusau on Friday.

“On behalf of the 25 members of the forum currently pursuing a law career at the various Nigerian Law schools campuses across the country, we wish to express our gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency, Dr Dauda Lawal.

“We really appreciate His Excellency for approving and direct disbursement of N500,000 to each of the 25 Indegens Law Students.

“We also appreciate the State Government’s commitment in promoting the future of less privileged students in the state.” Umar said.

He said the financial intervention will reduced financial difficulties faced by the Indigene Law Students from the state”, Umar said.

“Our appreciation also goes to the Chief Judge of Zamfara State, Justice Kulu Aliyu for her motherly intervention and support to ensure development of legal education in the state.

“Apart from easing our financial burden, the assistance will also give us the confidence that Gov Dauda Lawal’s administration is ever ready to revive the glory of education in the state,” he added.
