A top official from the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has given strong indication that the party would take over the Presidency and Kaduna State come 2023 General Elections.
Mr. Austin David Akwanya stated this when he supervised the SDP delegates election in Kaduna State, expressed satisfaction with the process of electing the delegates as everything went smoothly and according to plans.
He called on Nigerians especially the youth to vote SDP candidates irrespective of their religion or tribe.
While speaking to media men shortly after the election, Akwanya urged the electorate to put an end to hunger, insecurity and poverty by voting in SDP.
He further charged the youth to be very proactive in all the electoral processes
The Youth Leader of the party, Mr Emmanuel Benjamin Shamaki further exuded confidence in the capacity of the SDP to win the 2023 election, especially in Kaduna State.
Shamaki said his party is ready and capable of ruling the nation to greater heights, adding that the purpose of lack of security in the country is lack of synergy.
In his remarks, the SDP National Assistant Secretary North West Zone, Idris Inuwa also expressed confidence with the way people are moving into SDP massively, adding that the APC has failed woefully
“Every Nigerian is feeling the pains of APC maladministration that’s why they are running to our party,” he said.
