61st Independence: Chanchangi Airlines Salutes Nigerians, Says Greater Nation Possible

As fanfare and goodwill messages herald this year’s celebration of Nigeria’s independence from the British , Chanchangi Airlines has joined other corporate entities in rejoicing with the most populous Black nation on earth on her 61 years of self-rule.

Executive Chairman of the Kaduna based airline , Alhaji Musa Ahmadu Chanchangi in a press statement noted that the country could be greater as one indivisible nation and achieve goals and aspirations of her founding fathers he described as patriots who he said worked tirelessly in bequeathing strong , virile and economically viable nation.

Alhaji Chanchangi said Nigeria’s diversity and population strength if harnessed optimally could be an economic advantage for building a great nation that can be a hub and rallying point for other countries not only in Africa but around the world.

He used China as an example for her huge population which he stated had been utilized for manufacturing high-tech technology and scientific gadgets exported to virtually all places around the world .

The boss of the airline which won award of FAAN domestic career in 1999 , 2000 , 2001 consecutively , urged to unite against forces he described as agents of destabilization and destruction whose only motive he hinted was to see the downfall of Nigeria.

” We must at this critical time in our sojourn as one nation be able to know our adversaries from our friends so we can avoid falling into their traps of disintegrating us into retrogression and infamy.

” We should be proud of this nation which has given us a unique identity that is the envy of all .

” We should be proud of Nigeria as the most populous Black nation on earth and work toward making her great and greater for the good of generations yet unborn .

” I am optimistic that all challenges confronting us today would very soon be overcome , ” he assured .

He paid glowing tributes to president Muhammadu Buhari , Governor Nasiru elRufai and Nigerian Armed forces in particular , describing the country’s military as symbol of unity and pride of the nation.
