Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the right presidential candidate that would lead Nigeria to greatness. Governor Bello Masari stated this when the presidential aspirant, Chief Ahmed Tinubu met with Katsina APC National Delegates and other party members at the Presidential Banquet Hall, Government House, Katsina.
Governor Masari observed that, Chief Bola Tinubu groomed many personalities across the country, who are placed on strategic leadership positions to ensure a united Nigeria.
Governor Aminu Bello Masari emphasized that, Chief Bola Tinubu did well in tackling issue of area boys in Lagos when he was the governor.
The Katsina State Governor, reiterated that, “Bola Ahmed Tinubu has all what is required to address problems of the country.” This he said, was in realization of his commitment to socio economic wellbeing of people of the country.
On his part, the APC presidential aspirant, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu promised to ensure total unity and stability, job creation, economic recovery and addressing security challenges if given the mandate to lead the country.
This he said, is in addition to education, electricity and irrigation for economic recovery.
He promised to complete all abandoned projects in the country before embarking on new ones if voted into office.
Chief Bola Tinubu emphasized his desire of stable academic activities at Nigerian universities without strike.
He promised to provide the needed resources to universities to ensure Nigerian students enjoy uninterrupted tertiary education.
While canvassing for more support from the delegates, Chief Bola Tinubu said his visit to Katsina was to meet with the APC National delegates and other card carrying members ahead of the Presidential convention.
Also speaking, the state chairman of the APC Alhaji Mohammed Sani Aliyu said that the leadership of the party in the state and the delegates of the party are all out to ensure the actualization of the long term desire of Chief Ahmed Tinubu to become Nigeria’s President.
Alhaji Mohammed Sani Aliyu was optimistic that having Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu in continuation from where President Muhammadu Buhari stopped, would take the country to the promised land.
He then appreciated the full support and financial contributions which made it possible for Buhari to become Nigeria’s President in 2015.
Earlier, the State Coordinator of Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu Support Organisation and Katsina State Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Alhaji Isah Lawal Doro appreciated Bola Tinubu for his contributions towards the development of the ruling APC and the actualization of the victory of Muhammad Buhari as NIgeria’s President in 2015, saying his contributions could not be quantified.
He appreciated the open door and democratic policies of Governor Aminu Bello Masari which made the state politically peaceful unlike others in the federation.
