The people of Gwarzo Local Government Area have called on the Managing Director of the Kano State Refuse Management and Sanitation Board (REMASAB), Alhaji Abdullahi Muazu Gwarzo to contest for the House of Representatives in the forthcoming 2023 general elections to represent Gwarzo/Kabo Federal Constituency.
Speaking to our correspondent in Gwarzo, a team of youth from various wards said that the managing director is the best person to send to Nigeria’s parliament because his principles are for positive development.
Sani Ibrahim Getso stated that, ” we are certain that Alhaji Abdullahi Muazu Gwarzo, popularly known as Baban Gandu is a good person who is trying his best to ensure that the people of Gwarzo/Kabo Federal Constituency are benefiting from real dividends of democracy from all angles”.
Furthermore, Auwal Musa Mainika described Baban Gandu as a real politician who is trusted and respected by the people of all categories everywhere, while his ambition is to ensure that his people reap the good harvest of democracy.
In his remarks, Malam Adamu Abubakar Bala from Durum in Kabo Local Government Area assured that they would do whatever is within their means to ensure that Abdullahi Muazu Gwarzo represents Gwarzo/Kabo Federal Constituency in order to benefit more from dividends of democracy.
Our correspondent gathered that Baban Gandu is gaining more support and popularity mostly from the youth and other prominent personalities across the constituency, while his political associates are busy making contacts with other stakeholders respectively.
