A support group known as Engineer A.A Sule Amalgamated Support group group has reportedly raised over ₦80 million to pick the expression of interest and nomination forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Governor Abdullahi A. Sule to seek second term.
This is coming hours after the country’s ruling party announced the cost of its forms for various offices ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Engineer A.A Sule Amalgamated Support Group raised the money through members’ freewill donation, on Thursday with support from appointees of the governor to obtain the forms valued at only ₦50 million.
Meanwhile, Governor Sule and official First Lady are currently in Medina, Saudi Arabia performing this year’s lesser Hajj.
