Youth in Lafia North Development Area of Nasarawa State have said that Governor Abdullahi A. Sule has performed well and deserves a second term in the 2023 general elections.
The youth under the aegis of Hon. Ali Ngaji Shabu APC Solidarity Forum, made this known in a communique issued after a strategic meeting held on Friday in Lafia, where they passed a vote of confidence on the present administration.
The forum described Governor Sule as God sent, commended the administration for prioritizing security and human capital development which has placed the state on the pedestal of sustained growth and development.
Voting Governor Sule for second term, they expressed confidence would deliver more dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
The Chairman of the forum, Comrade Ibrahim Mohammed said that the forum would leave stone unturned in order to ensure victory for the Governor Sule and candidate of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2023.
Mohammed added that the dividends of democracy delivered by the Governor Sule-led administration has encouraged them to synergy with other groups in order to enjoy more gains.
The also passed a vote of confidence on Hon. Ali Ngaji, the Coordinator of the Governor’s Campaign in the area for his style of leadership.
They described the Coordinator as a true democrat and assured of unflinching support in order to deliver landslide victory for Governor Sule.
The Secretary of the forum, Comrade Aliyu Kassem Shabu however appealed for adequate logistics for the campaign coordinator in order to deliver the victory as planned.
“The campaign coordinator should be provided with the necessary logistics in order to carry out his assigned duty effectively.
“The task is great due to environmental factors in mobilizing electorates from norms and cronies in other to attend the desire goals,” he said.
Similarly, Governor Sule has said the forthcoming election will be different from the victory in 2019.
The governor said with the unveiling and inauguration of the campaign council, the APC in the state is ready to start campaigns and maintain its landslide victory from top to bottom, to not only crush the opposition but to return him to Government House, come February 2023.
