The Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has called on the wealthy individuals to support Coalition of Civilian JTF in Kaduna State with logistics to enable them support the government in addressing security challenges in the state.
He made the call when he received the Coalition of Civilian JTF in his palace in Zaria and commended the coalition.
Adding that the coalition as community policing outfit has been supporting the government to address drug abuse and other social vices within the state.
He said that support from wealthy individuals would go a long way in enhancing their operations within the state, adding that the coalition should also write to the state government for further support.
The royal father expressed appreciation to the coalition for appointing him as a grand patron of the coalition.
Earlier, the chairman of the coalition, Alhaji Shehu Dantudu said the visit was to seek for the blessings and guidance of the royal father.
Dantudu said the coalition which started operating about seven years ago with about 50 personnel, now has over 20,000 volunteers operating in over 160 communities under the guidance of various district heads in the state.
He said, apart from supporting community policing, the coalition is one of the key players in harnessing harmonious relationship in the state.
