All Progressives Congress (APC),  Chieftain in Oyo State, Asiwaju Rotimi Ajanaku  has charged APC members in the state to be united and not allow the forthcoming congresses divide them
Speaking at his empowerment programme held at Dino Hotel, Oke Ado area of Ibadan for APC members from Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency with the distribution of money to support their trades as well as motorcycles to some members of the party.
Asiwaju Ajanaku stressed that the time has come for APC leaders and stakeholders in the party to come together as one in the interest of the party ahead the 2023 general elections.
The APC Chieftain maintained thatthe forthcoming congresses of the party should serve as a source of  unity to move the party forward and fly high in the forthcoming elections in and across Oyo state.
Asiwaju Ajanaku noted that APC Chieftain in Oyo state should go out and make use of the on going exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) and get thier Permanent Voters Card (PVC) to ensure that they use their cards to elect  candidates of the party .
Director General,  Rotimi Ajanaku Campaign Organization, Hon. Alade Suleiman Abiola while welcoming beneficiaries declared that the empowerment programme will be a continuous one and no one would be left out.

“This is not the first Empowerment Programme or support to humanity to be organized by Asiwaju Ajanaku. Our organization has offered a lot of assistances to the people of Oyo State, even this year. We have over 85 students in various schools, both local and international benefitting from our full scholarship programme. Now it’s our party members’ turn, that’s the reason behind this programme. It’s a continuous programme, so for those who missed out today, next one is at the door,” he said.
Oyo state  APC Caretaker Committee Committee Chairman, Chief Akin Oke represented by his  Vice chairman, Prince Adefioye Adekanye  lauded Asiwaju Ajanaku for his support for APC and its members in the state.
“Rotimi is yet to be federal law maker, but in his constituency, Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency, his positive impacts in the lives of both politicians and electorates is outstanding. His attitude and humility can not be matched by any politician, especially those who see themselves in the class of well-to-do Nigerians”, he said .
The APC Chairman  added, “I’m convinced that the labour of Ajanaku in terms of his continuous support to the party, financial commitment even after election to ensure our party survive, especially now that we are not in power would not end in futility,”.
Another APC leader in the state , Alhaji Lukman Bolaji, in his remarks lauded Asiwaju  Ajanaku for his contributions to humanity, particularly people living in his constituency, commended Asiwaju Ajanaku.
Alhaji Bolaji asked APC leaders in and across Oyo state to rally him the needed support to emerge as the party flag bearer and subsequently win the forthcoming election into the national assembly.
“Yet to be voted to the national assembly, but his commitment and contributions to APC party and its members, coupled with his humility, is highly intimidating. I want to assure both the leaders and members of APC in Oyo State that if they could be kind enough to reciprocate Ajanaku’s gesture by rallying him support to win 2023 election into national assembly, they would never regret it.
” Ajanaku as a federal law maker will transform many lives, will accord more regards to leader and make great contributions to economic advancement of our pacesetter state.”
