Gunmen Release 3 Abducted Cattle Breeders After N6m Ransom

It was jubilation galore in  Idi- Ope village in Igangan,  Ibarapa North local government area of Oyo State as the three cattle breeders abducted in the area on Sunday by gunmen were set free by the Kidnappers
New Nigerian gathered that the 3 men regained their freedom after their families reportedly paid N6 million ransom to  their abductors.
The Convener of Igangan Development Advocate, Comrade Oladokun Oladiran, while speaking confirmed that the three cattle breeders were set free by the gunmen upon payment  of N6 million ransom by their families at the rate of N2 million per person.
“Yes. They kidnapped three people on Sunday but they have been released. They were released on Monday after a ransom of six million naira was paid. They collected two million naira each.”he said.
New Nigerian recalled that the cattle breeders were abducted by gunmen suspected to be kidnapperson Sunday while on the way to their cattle farm in Idi Ope village shooting sporadically into the air from the ambush laid for the cattle breeders

The cattle breeders, namely as Kabiru Oladimeji, Kazeem and Soka. were later whisked away into the nearby bush by the gunmen.
