Nigeria’s COVID-19 Update: 37 New Cases, Total 164,756

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said that it has detected 37 new cases of Novel CoronaVirus disease (COVID-19) in six states on Monday 26th April 2021.
The names of COVID-19-infected states yesterday are: Lagos 26, Ogun 4, Kaduna 2, Rivers 2, Kwara 2 and Edo 1.
According to NCDC, as of 11.37 p.m. on 26th April 2021 Nigeria had recorded a total of 164,756 confirmed cases of the pandemic since the index case was reported in the nation.
Out of the total, 154,963 cases had been treated and discharged from Nigeria’s COVID-19 isolation centres, while 2,062 persons had been killed by the global virus in Nigeria to date.
Nigeria lost nobody’s life to the worldwide disease on Monday.
