Senator Folarin Calls For Prayers Over Death Of 5 Oyo APC Councillors

The Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin has called for Special prayers on the deaths of five members of the Oyo State Councillors Forum.
Senator Folarin made the call in a condolence message he personally signed on the death of the local council legislators made available to journalists in Ibadan.
According to the Senator, the death of the five councillors amounts to big losses to the APC family, their constituencies and their immediate families, considering their contributions to the upliftment of the downtrodden masses .
Senator Folarin emphasized that the late Councillors will be missed and as well be remembered forever especially by the people of their constituencies 
” I was both shocked and saddened to hear about the tragic losses of some elected councillors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State. My heart aches for the Oyo State Councillors’ Forum, the progressive family, the constituencies they represented and the families they left behind”, he said
The Senator added, ” I convey my deep condolences to Oyo State Councillors’ Forum, Oyo ALGON, bereaved families, followers and our party, APC. I pray to the Almighty God to rest their souls in peace and give strength to all of us to overcome the unfathomable losses”.
He however charged the Oyo APC leadership should take an advantage of the Holy month of Ramadan to organise special prayers for the departed members and to also support the bereaved families.
The five late Councillors are  Hon. Rukayat Adejumobi from Itesiwaju LGa, Hon. Oluyemi Muhammad from Ibadan South LCDA, Hon Oluwole Falade Adesokan from Akinyele LGA, Hon. Asimiyu Ajayi from Ido LG and Hon. Moruf Agbedo from Egbeda LGA.
