Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State on Friday in Abuja, met with the Group Managing Director (GMD), of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mele Kolo Kyari in his office at the NNPC towers.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Director-General (Press Affairs) Government House Gombe, Ismaila Uba Misilli.
The meeting, which held behind closed doors was a follow up to the previous ones held late last year and early this year during which the two leaders discussed issues around the frontier oil exploration activities in Kolmani, the commencement of work at the 200-bed capacity hospital and diagnostics centre in Gombe by the NNPC and the automotive biofuels project in Gombe state being anchored by the corporation’s Renewable Energy Division.
The Governor was accompanied on the visit by the Managing Director/ CEO, Pavilion Petroleum Limited, Mohammed Madugu.
