The Action Alliance Party has distanced itself from the purported planned inauguration of non existent execurives of the party by expelled National Chairman, Kenneth Udeze.
The National Chairman of the Action Alliance, Hon Adekunle Rufai OmoAje stated this in a statement made available to media in Kaduna on Sunday.
The statement explained that the expelled chairman’s odessy is futile because he has been suspended from the party since August 2019 and expelled from the party in 2020, hence, he is not a member of Action Alliance.
The statement further said that the kangaroo executive, he latched on to commit all sorts of atrocities ceases to exsist since his suspension and expulsion from the party.
“In his desperation, he sued the party in 13 different courts all over Nigeria he lost nine, while all the rest have become academic exercise.
“He continues to try and correspond with INEC, for which he meets a resounding no because he has no such authority as he has no official status with the umpire who knows those in charge of each political parties in Nigeria and Kenneth Udeze is not one.
“We therefore, wish to inform the public all over Nigeria that Kenneth Udeze is not a member of Action Alliance talk less of being the Chairman.
‘”Members of the public are hereby warned that they should not allow Kenneth Udeze to scam them as that is his modus operandi. Anyone paying monies to Kenneth Udeze to contest any election, does so at his or her own risk.
“Members of the public as well as Action Alliance members who will like to know who is in charge of Action Alliance should visit INEC authentic website or contact appropriate department of INEC for clarifications
“He claimed he held congresses and convention around the country for his pseudo, virtual and imaginary political platform, but we challenge security agencies to fact check if any such gathering was ever witnessed anywhere on the said day.
“Now he is orchestrating another confusion that is capable of causing disruption of public peace.
“He is said to be planning an inauguration of a pseudo exco of a non existent party in Abuja. We call on our national security operatives to be vigilant and ensure that this accursed fellow does not pull us out in bid to stop him from his unending shenanigans.
“We are law abiding, responsible party men. However, if this rouge is not checked, we may not be able to hold our agitated members across the nation for too long,” the statement warned.
