*to forfeit Toyota Lexus car ES330, Techno K7 phone, and one HP Laptop

The Federal High Court sitting in Abeokuta on Tuesday sentenced an accused person, Akinrinmade Adeniyi to three months in prison for impersonation.
Adeniyi was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC,) Ibadan Zonal Office, before Justice Mohammed Abubakar
On arraignment, EFCC accused Adeniyi of one count charge offence bordering on impersonation which is contrary to Section 22(2) (b) (i) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act and he pleaded guilty to the one count charge
The Court also ordered Adeniyi to restitute his victim the sum of USD 500 (Five Hundred United States Dollars).
He is also to forfeit his Toyota Lexus ES330, one Techno K7 phone, and one HP Laptop to the Federal Government of Nigeria through the EFCC, being part of the proceeds derived from his fraudulent act.
