*to visit Shasha community, meet stakeholders on Tuesday

Amidst tension generated by the clash between Hausa and Yoruba traders at Shasa Market in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State, four governors from the Northern part of the country on Monday held a closed door meeting with Governor Seyi Makinde at the Agodi Government House in Ibadan.
New Nigerian gathered that Governors Abubakar Bagudu (Kebbi), Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Abubakar Bello (Niger) and Bello Matawalle (Zamfara) arrived the Oyo State Agodi Government House at about 7 pm and were received by Governor Makinde and other top government functionaries in the state.
It was learnt that the governors closed door meeting lasted for about an hour after which the governors took a group photograph .
The governor after this promised to address the press on Tuesday after the meeting might have been concluded.
New Nigerian reliably learnt that the visiting governors and their host are to visit the Shasha area on Tuesday for an on-the-spot assessment to the market, meet with various stakeholders from both ethnic groups involved in the crisis with a view to arriving at amicable resolutions.
