A former member of the National Assembly and a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, Alhaji Aminu Sani Jaji has chided the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for wrongly marking his residential house in Gusau on Friday as he was not aware of any case involving him and the EFCC.
The former APC governorship aspirant in a telephone conversion said he was infuriated by the action of the EFCC because nobody invited or intimated him either at EFCC or anywhere regarding any case and as such it has become as a surprise to see his personal residence marked allegedly by the EFCC.
“Nothing is impossible but to the best of my knowledge, I don’t have a case with anybody and even if someone writes a petition against me, I should be invited for questioning but I doubt if this action is from EFCC,” Jaji lamented.
The former lawmaker called on his teeming supporters to remain calm as the matter is being investigated.
He thanked friends, political associates and well wishers for their concern assuring that the issue will be traced and addressed accordingly.
