NSCDC Charges 3 Men To Oyo Family Court For Alleged Rape, Sexual Assault

Oyo state Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Anti Human Trafficking and Child Protection has dragged a 60years old man to court for alleged Rape and Sexual Assault.
According to the Oyo State NSCDC Commandant, Alhaji Iskilu Akinsanya, the 60 years old man, Nojeem Anifwose committed the offence by allegedly shaving the private part of two minor age 17 and 13 years respectively.  

Nojeem Anifowose, a resident of Fanawole area of Apete Ibadan was arraigned before the Oyo state Family Magistrate Court 2 sitting at Iyaganku Ibadan.
Commandant Akinsanya stressed that Anifwose was dragged to court after through investigation has been conducted on him by his Oyo state NSCDC command.


Justice P.O Adetuyobi of the Oyo state Family Court then adjourned the case till March, 25, 2021 and  ordered that the man  be remanded at the NSCDC custody.

Also, Corps Commandant Akinsanya disclosed that two other suspects, Allen Adetoyese 41yrs male and Francis Abayomi 58 years accused of rape and defilement of were also charged to family Magistrate Court with their cases adjourned and ordered to be remanded at (NSCDC custody till 15/02/2021 and 15/03/2021 respectively.

Corps Commandant Akinsanya then warned  that no offender will go unpunish if caught by NSCDC and thereby solicit for more support from public.
