Case filed at Katsina State High Court of Justice by the State Government against former Governor Barrister Ibrahim Shehu Shema has been assigned to Justice Abbas Bawale of High Court number three.
The alleged multimillion Naira mismanaged case against the Ibrahim Shehu Shema was initially before late Justice Ibrahim Maikaita Bako who died some months ago through a ghastly Motor Accident along Katsina/Funtua road via Kankara local government area in the state.
During the resumed sitting of the Court, the case was mentioned and adjourned to February 25, 2021.
In a related development, the case filed by the EFCC at the Federal High Court Katsina before Justice Hadiza Shagari against Alhaji Idi Kwado allegedly suspected to be a front of the former Governor Ibrahim Shehi Shema was also mentioned and adjourned to February 25, 2021.
