The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the month-long activities to mark the 60th Birthday of Pastor Chris Delvan Gwamna, has given reasons why several events are heralding the event.
Chairman of the LOC, Pastor Isaiah Bulus expressed this in a statement he signed and made available to our correspondent on Saturday December 5, 2020.
“Pastor Chris Delvan Gwamna is one who is dear to us in the local assembly, and indeed many in the body of Christ across the globe.
“This remarkable birthday is therefore a great opportunity to appreciate him, his wife and familyand to thank God for giving us a gift in him.
“We have myriads of reasons necessitating this celebration,” it stated.
According to the statement, activities began on November 12 and will be rounded up on December 12.
The last lap.of the activities according to the statement, began on Friday December 4 with a world press briefing held at the Board Room, Office Complex; Koinonia Cultural Development Centre.

It further informed that on Friday, December 11, 2020, there will be a Public Lecture at the Full House Worship The Tent of Gathering .
Activities will climax on Saturday, December 12, 2020 with the Celebration Service at The Tent of Gathering by 10.00am, while dinner is billed for 7pm at Annie Hall, Koinonia same day.
On Sunday, December 13, the events will be drawn to.a close with a Thanksgiving Service at The Tent of Gathering by 07.30am
At the Birthday Service, Kaduna State Governor, Mal Nasir Ahmed el-Rufai is expected to serve as Special Guest of Honour.
Others expected are ECWA President; Rev (Dr) Stephen Panya Baba as Guest Speaker and Primate, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Arc Bishop Henry Chukwudum Ndukuba.
Rev (Dr) Yamsat Pandam from Jos will serve as the Book Reviewer, Bishop Wale Oke from Ibadan serves as Guest Speaker, DG TETFUND, Prof Suleiman Bogoro is also expected to serve as Special Guest of Honour and Prof Jerry Gana is to serve as Chairman of the Birthday Service.
Hon Labaran Maku serves as Co-Chair Birthday Service, Bishop Benjamin Kwashie as Father of the Day.and Apostle Goodheart Ekwueme from Abuja is also expected as Special Guest.
Other dignitaries exoectedare Rev George Hargreaves from London, HE Amb Nuhu Audu as Chairman Public Lecture, Prof Williams Barnabas Quirix as Guest Lecturer,Prof John Gambo La’ah as Discussant Public and Prof Victor Dugga from Federal University Lafia as Discussant.
Also to.serve as Guest Speaker of the Leadership Summit is Dr. Oby Ezekwesili alongside Nimi Walson-Jack fromPort Harcourt, Fela Durotoye from Lagos.and Shamil Agosi Tumisang from Botswana.
Dr Panam Percy Paul will serve as Guest Minister of the Worship Concert.
