Ekiti Chief Judge Swears-In New Magistrates

Ekiti State Chief Judge, Justice Ayodeji Daramola has sworn in 10 new magistrates, four male and six female.

In his address, justice Daramola congratulated the new appointees adding that with this new appointment, their status has changed while they have assumed a higher responsibility,

He admonished them to be of good behaviour for them to be accorded due respect.

He warned them against indolence and absenteeism, as anyone found culpable will be shown his way out of judiciary.

Highlights of the occasion is the administration of oath of allegiance and judicial oath by the chief judge.

Present at the occasion are High court judges, serving magistrates, members of judicial service commission,families of the new appointees among others.

In the same vein, Justice Daramola also decorated his police orderly, Femi Osayomi who was just promoted from the rank of a sergeant to inspector.
