CAANU Appoints Emir Of Zazzau Patron



The Conference of Alumni Association of Nigerian Universities (CAANU) has appointed the Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli as its Patron. 
Speaking at the decorating and presentation of plaque to the emir in his palace CAANU National President, Professor Ahmed Tijjani Mora the Wakilin Maganin Zazzau said that they have written  a letter to this effect on the 9th of September 2020 to the late emir and he accepted it but death has overtaken the event. 
Prof Mora said despite the  sad event of the demise of the Emir Shehu Idris, the association accepted to  maintain its stand and presented the new emir, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli as the Patron. 
The National President said the association believes  that the experience and diplomatic experience the new emir of Zazzau  will benefit the emirate, state and the nation in general. 
Responding, the Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli expressed his appreciation for recognizing him worthy to be their Patron. 
The emir assured the executive members of  his redness to assist them whenever the need arise. 
Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli was decorated with the CAANU emblem and plaque.
