National Industrial Court sitting in Ibadan on Wednesday adjourned hearing of the application seeking to restrain Odua Investment Company Limited from unlawful suspension of Mr Abiodun Adedeji from the company till December 9.
Counsel to Odua Investment company, Barrister Chukudi Maduka at the hearing of the case told the court that the company had complied with the court directives
According to Barrister Maduka, Odua Investmentthe company has issued a draft of N500,000 to each of the balif assaulted by the company’s security personnel.
The Counsel stressed further however, informed the court that he was yet to respond to the application seeking to restrain his client from unlawful suspension of the claimant filed by the claimant”s counsel.
Barrister Maduka then pleaded with the court to grant him an adjournment to enable him respond to the processes.
Counsel to Mr Abiodun Adedeji Barrister Adeboye Julius told the court that Odua Investment company has complied with the court directives and urged the court to fixed the case for hearing of the application.
Justice Peter Dada adjourned the case till December.9 for hearing of the application.
